RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item, we will take it back within 7 days of item receipt and refund you for the original purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift boxing plus a $5.00 restocking fee per item.

The item must be returned in new and unused condition to insure full credit. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Refund will only be issued after we received the returned item and determine that indeed the item has not been used. In the event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will take back that item and credit you the purchase price, sales tax and original shipping and gift boxing costs (if applicable) - and take whatever corrective action you tell us to on your completed return form as requested below.

All discounted, personalized, special orders or sales items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged at any time. We suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. To expedite your return and for purposes of security we recommend UPS.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1. Please Fill out a Shipping Label stating the following:

Step 2: Include a copy or an original of the invoice you received with your package.

Step 3: Follow the directions on the back of the invoice. If you no longer have one please e-mail customerservice@suedebox.com requesting one. Include the customer name and ideally the order number if you have it.

Step 4: Please package your item in their original packaging and place in an appropriate size box and return with the original invoice.

Once we have received, inspected and restocked your item you will receive a confirmation email of our receipt of the item and you will be refunded at that time. This can take up to 15 business days.

GIFT RECEIPT RETURNS

If you are the beneficiary of a Gift Receipt we will be delighted to provide you with a store credit to purchase a future item of your choosing.

GIFT CERTIFICATE

If you receive a Gift Certificate it can be used up to one year from receipt on any item Suede Box carries. In no event is the Gift Certificate redeemable for cash or a credit card credit.

PRIVACY POLICY

Suede box,Inc.(“suede box,” “we,” “us”) shares your concerns about the protection of your personal information online. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes our practices regarding the collection and use of information through our website, located at www.suedebox.com (the “Site”). By using the Site or obtaining any product or service through this Site, you agree the collection of use of information as set forth in this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use the Site.

We may from time to time update this Policy. We will notify you of changes to the Policy by posting the updated Policy on this Site. We ask that you bookmark and periodically review this page to ensure continuing familiarity with the most current version of the Policy. You can determine when this Policy was last revised by checking the “Effective Date of Current Policy” at the top of the Policy.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Suede box collects two types of information during your visits to our Site. First, we collect non-personally identifiable information. SERVICE PROVIDERS

SALE OF OUR COMPANY

As a natural consequence of the development of our company, we could be sold to another company. In the event that we are acquired by another company or a significant portion of our assets is sold to another company, all of the customer information including both financial records and consumer information that we have collected may be transferred to the new company.

CHOICE / OPT OUT

We do not disclose an individual customer's personally identifiable information to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes if we have received and processed a request from that customer not to have his or her personal information shared for this purpose. You may submit this type of opt-out request by email to customerservice@suedebox.com. In addition, we also allow you to decide whether you want to receive further marketing information from us. ONLINE SURVEYS

Suede box sometimes administers online surveys in connection with the Site in which we ask you for demographic information and opinions. We do not ask you for personally identifiable information as part of a survey. We use the collected survey data on an aggregated basis to better understand the needs of all of our customers.

CERTAIN NON-MARKETING USES

Suede box may send to you periodic announcements regarding status updates, service changes concerning the Site and other administrative matters. Emails from suede box or its business partners, and the Site itself, may contain links to other Internet websites, including sites that may or may not be owned or operated by Suede box. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites, including such sites’ use of any information (such as IP number, browser type or operating system) collected when email recipients or Site visitors click through links to those sites. If you visit such websites, we encourage you to become familiar with the privacy practices of the sites.

HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS STORED

Suede box seeks to use reasonable security measures to help protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personally identifiable information that is under our control. Unfortunately, no security system, or system of transmitting data over the Internet, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result of the foregoing, while we seek to protect your personally identifiable information, we cannot guarantee the security of our servers, the means by which information is transmitted between your computer and Suede box's servers, or any information provided to us or to any third party through or in connection with the Site. You provide all such information at your own risk.
